Within the GymAware cloud, you may encounter situations where you need to archive or delete data, particularly when you have reached the limits for the number of athletes in your subscription level.
This article will guide you through the process of archiving, deleting, and restoring data on the GymAware platform to help you manage your account effectively.
Archiving Athletes
- To archive athletes, navigate to the Manager < Athlete section.
- Select "Archive" from the menu.
- Select the athletes you wish to archive.
- Click on the archive option to move them to the archived section.
Restoring Archived Athletes
- In the "Athletes" section, filter by "Archived".
- Select "Restore" from the menu.
- Select the athletes and use the restore option to return them to the 'Active' list.
Important Note: When you archive an individual athlete, all their data will be permanently deleted within 90 days. To retain the athlete's data, deactivate the squad they belong to.
