The next thing to do is to download the return instructions (to Australia) by clicking the link at the bottom of this article (GA_Shipping_Australia.pdf)
Once we receive your PowerTool we will provide you with a quote after which work will be done and the PowerTool returned. There is no need to ship the entire case, just wrap the PowerTool well in bubblewrap.
Repairs take around 5-10 working days depending on the work required.
