- Thread the Velcro strap around the bar with the fuzzy side to the outside. It doesn't need to be super tight, the bar should be able to spin
- Position the Velcro strap inside the collar of the bar. This way you don’t need to remove it when you change weights - this will change depending on the exercise; read about set up for common exercises.
- Go through the buckle and back on itself.
- Ensure the fuzzy side is on the outside of the bar.
