GymAware connects then immediately disconnects
The GymAware PowerTool utilizes the Bluetooth module of the iOS device. Due to the nature of our environments, at any one time, there can be multiple Bluetooth requests occurring in a room (ie. players phones etc.)
This may cause GymAware to enter into a bad state - either lockout or disconnect when the App opens.
Steps to solve this are:
- Turn off all other Bluetooth devices
- Try the soft reset which utilizes the magnet in the silicon tube of the tether
- Perform a full reset with the switch on the side of the PowerTool or with the paperclip method
If problems still persist, you could try to disconnect the battery - giving it a jumpstart.
