Too many failed attempts will block and lock your GymAware Cloud account.
If there are 15 password attempts in 5 minutes, your GymAware Cloud account will become locked. You will need to contact office@gymaware.com to reactivate your account.
The exception to this is if another coach is logged in, they can go to Manager/Staff and filter on the locked coaches. The coach can then be selected and restored. This will unlock the account.
