Failing to authenticate your FLEX App?
We have just released an updated to the FLEX app to address the issues of failed authentication on iOS13.
• Please update your FLEX App to the latest version
• On your computer open the athentication email from Flex.
• You should see a QR code.
• Next, open the FLEX app on your iPhone.
• There is now a camera option on the email login field.
• Click on this and point it at the QR code on the computer screen.
The FLEX App will now progress and log you in.
