01 - Download the App and Login

Make sure WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled on your phone.

1. Download the FLEX App from either the App Store or Play Store 
   Search for FLEX Stronger
2. Open the App
3. Create an account using one of two ways:
   
   • Register with your email address
     1. Enter your email in the text field and press 'LOGIN'
     2. Open your email client on your phone
        Note: This authorisation will not work if you access the welcome email on your computer.
     3. Find the email from FLEX Stronger and open it. Activate your FLEX account by tapping the "Authorise" button at the bottom of the email.
        This will automatically launch the FLEX Stronger App.
        
   • Use AppleID (iOS only)
     1. Choose the AppleID to sign in with your Apple account
