A predictive 1RM test determines the maximal load an athlete can perform for 1 repetition without lifting above 80% of their estimated max.
You can use the 1RM tool on the FLEX App to predict your 1RM across exercises such as; squat, deadlift and bench press. We use algorithms based from your profile to determine set loads.
