You must open the Authorisation email on the same iPhone or iPad that you want to use the app on.
There might be a small delay between the email activation and the authorisation.
If you aren't taken directly to the App or if clicking Authorise Device takes you to a QR code or the App Store you can try:
1. Re-attempt authorisation
- Delete the FLEX App
- Turn OFF your phone by holding the Power button on the side for 5 seconds
- Re-Download the App
- Enter your email
- Re-send authorisation email
Ensure that you are using your main email client on your phone.
2. Authorise using a QR code
You can also open the authentication email on your desktop computer. Clicking 'Authorise Device' on the desktop will open a QR code. Scan this QR code with the iPad or iPhone you want to use FLEX on.
