What do I need to use FLEX?

FLEX requires a 3 things.

- A Phone, iPad or Tablet: Both iOS and Android versions of the app are available. 

- A barbell: FLEX has a locking ring that fits barbells of all shapes and sizes

- A reflective mat: This is supplied with your FLEX purchase.
