Learn how to access free workouts that form part of the "VBT Fundamentals" course led by Coach Travis Mash on your FLEX Stronger App.
If you are yet to take the course, please use this link to access.
Follow these steps to access the workouts:
1. Download the FLEX Stronger App on Google Play or App Store and create an account
2. Click on the Community Tab
3. Select Add/Manage
4. Search for "Coach FLEX"
5. Select Follow
6. Turn "Accept Sessions" to ON
7. Go to Lift Tab
8. Select "FAVORITES"
9. Swipe left to view Downloaded Workouts
10. Select the desired workout and press GO
