Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship orders all over the world. Please be sure to double-check the shipping address. Also enter your correct email as it will help us communicate with you if there is a delivery issue.

Our Shipping Policy

We know you’re eager to get your new purchase, so we aim to dispatch orders on the day of purchase.

All orders will be processed Monday – Friday AEST.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to have your goods dispatched within a week of purchase. All orders are processed with DHL Express so you can rest assured you will receive your items ASAP. 

Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier, delivery times are as follows:

• Australia– 1-3 Business Days
• International orders: 3-8 Business days. (This may vary slightly depending on shipping logistics, however, items going to the US usually take about 3-5 business days. 

We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking to see how far away your parcel is.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to process your order as quickly as possible, which means we might have already shipped your unit. The best thing to do is email us ASAP: [e-mail]

You may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return any unwanted items and receive a refund. Please check our Returns Policy for more information on how to do this.

I still haven’t received my order?

The first thing to do is check the tracking information - there might have been a delay.

Will I have to pay customs and import charges on my international order?

 

We do not collect any consumption tax. You will need to pay this in your own country. Examples include VAT (EU, UK), GST (NZ, Canada), Sales Tax (some USA states). DHL will contact you when payment is required.

 

Some countries may also charge import duties. We ship under HS Code 9031.80.80, which has a 0% duty rate in many countries. This can be confirmed with your local customs office.

 

DHL may also charge a small processing fee in some countries (typically €10–€20 / £10–£20 / CAD $10–$20).

 

If your order attracts import duties, you will have to pay them. Import duties differ depending on the country.

Get in touch with your local customs office to find out whether you will be charged import duties on your order. You need to give them our HS code: 9031.80.80
