FLEX is not an accelerometer

FLEX is the first velocity based training system to use lasers to collect your training data.

FLEX's is highly accurate and gives a direct measure of distance. This means we are not running data through an algorithm to guess where your barbell is in time and space. FLEX is produced by Kinetic Performance who for 15 years has manufactured GymAware.

FLEX can be used with the FLEX Stronger app or the GymAware app. 

It is strongly recommend that Individuals with FLEX download and use the FLEX Stronger app.
