Single-day or overtime
Creating a force/velocity profile is an excellent coaching tool. To create this report, you will need to have your athletes complete 3-5 sets at increasing weight.
Once this has been done, log into the Cloud from any computer.
- Click on the Squad from the left-hand column that you wish to analyse
- Select the date range for the report
- Select the Athlete you wish to report on - leave this blank if you wish to generate a report for all athletes in the selected squad
- Select exercise
- Select all weights
- Click GENERATE REPORT
This will open up another window where you can fine-tune your selection; once you are happy with the parameters selected click the VELOCITY PROFILE and then GENERATE REPORT
This will generate another window which will be a "live" version of the report.
Use the settings at the top right of the report to change the graph parameters. The report is live which means clicking on any data point will take you directly to the rep profile level of that set.
The top of the page shows the options for the report - PDF export refers to a PDF being generated which will automatically save to your downloads folder. Clicking on SAVE will place a copy of the report in the SAVED REPORTS area accessible from the
