GymAware contains an inertia switch which allows it to be roof mounted which inverts our algorithms.
Clever right; except if you wake the GymAware up when its in a sideways position (such as in the picture) it messes with the maths. The switch has only an up and a down, not side to side capacity.
The short of this is... it's great to store your kits on the racks out of the way, but when it comes time to use the PowerTool, place it on the floor (or roof) and then pull the tether to wake the PowerTool up.
Once the PowerTool is connected and in the correct orientation it can be mounted in the sideways position for an exercise as the Nordic Hamstring curl.
