3. If you are in the US, you have the option of sending your unit to Chicago. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unit.
4. If you are outside the US you will need to send the unit back to us in Australia. Click the link below to download the address label and packing slip required. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unit.
5. Once we receive your GymAware unit we will provide you with a quote after which work will be done and the GymAware returned. There is no need to ship the entire case, just wrap the unit well in bubblewrap.
Repairs take around 5-10 working days depending on the work required.
