Multi-Connect: Using Multiple Devices in the Same Session
With the new multi-connect feature in the FLEX Stronger app, you can connect more than one device at the same time and switch between them without needing to disconnect or reconnect each time.
What is Multi-Connect?
Multi-connect allows your FLEX Stronger app to connect to FLEX, GymAware RS, and the ANCORE Data Plate in the same training session. You can connect all 3 devices at once. Only 1 device will be active at a time, depending on the exercise you are performing.
How it works in a session:
Connect your devices
Log into the FLEX Stronger app (iOS and Android) and go to the connections menu in the top left. From here, connect FLEX, GymAware RS, and ANCORE Data Plate.
Choose your first exercise and device
For example, if you want to start with bench press using FLEX, select the bench press exercise, then select FLEX under connections. Perform your bench press as usual.
Switch to another exercise with a different device
Next, if you want to do cable curls with the ANCORE Data Plate, simply select the cable curl exercise, then choose ANCORE Data Plate under devices. Perform your set.
Automatic device recall during the session
When you return to an exercise you have already done, the app will remember which device you used for it. You will not need to select the device again.
Important Notes -
Device recall currently works only within the same training session. A future update may allow the app to remember device selections across sessions depending on user feedback.
If you want to use a different device for the same exercise during a single session, you will need to manually select the new device. For example, if you performed bench press with FLEX but later want to use GymAware RS for the same bench press exercise, you must switch to GymAware RS in the app.
Why Use Multi-Connect?
Multi-connect makes it easy to train with multiple products in one session. You only need to select each device once, which reduces setup time and helps you focus on your training instead of your tech.
