For customers in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific, the Data Plate and Ancore system can be purchased from our online shop.

For all other International orders please purchase directly from ANCORE USA

How much does the ANCORE Data Plate cost? 

The ANCORE Data plate costs US$349 and can be purchased from ANCORE USA or if you are an Australian, NZ or Asia Pacific customer, you can purchase from the GymAware online shop or contact us via [e-mail] for a quote.

AUSTRALIA/NZ/ASIA PACIFIC - When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to have your goods dispatched within two weeks of purchase. All orders are processed with DHL Express so you can rest assured you will receive your items ASAP. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to process your order as quickly as possible, which means we might have already shipped your unit. The best thing to do is email us ASAP: [e-mail]

You may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return any unwanted items and receive a refund. Please check our Returns Policy for more information on how to do this.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier, delivery times are as follows:

• For other countries we utilise DHL International
