Thinking of Downgrading your License
If your account was purchased online or directly from GymAware then you will need to email office@gymaware.com to make a downgrade to your subscription.
If you are a Distributor customer you will need to reach out directly to them to make any changes (upgrade or downgrade) to your account. Contact information will be found by clicking on Settings>Billing within your Cloud account.
