How to Login

Navigate to cloud.gymaware.com and enter your username/email and password to login to the Cloud portal.

Forgot your Password? 

Simply go to the login page for GymAware - https://cloud.gymaware.com

Click the "Lost your Password?" link located on the bottom left

This will provide you with a pop up where you can either enter your GymAware username or the email associated with the account.

A new password will be sent to the email and you can follow the instructions to reset your password.

Ensure that you check your Spam folder if you do not receive a reset password email.

Locked out of your Account?

Too many failed attempts will block and lock your GymAware Cloud account.

If there are 15 password attempts in 5 minutes, your GymAware Cloud account will become locked. You will need to contact [e-mail] to reactivate your account.

The exception to this is if another coach is logged in, they can go to Manager/Staff and filter on the locked coaches. The coach can then be selected and restored. This will unlock the account.

Login Problem?

Can login on one device but not on another?

Perhaps the system failed to clear a cookie from your computer.

 

There are three steps that might help:

 

1. Make sure you are not loading the logout page.
If the url says https://cloud.gymaware.com/?page=logout , then you need to change it to https://cloud.gymaware.com

 

2. Try clearing the cookies, this link shows how to do that for every web browser:

3. Close your browser completely and reopen it and that might clear the problem setting.
