Previous sessions are listed in chronological order from newest to oldest.
Use the swipe option to view the session details - Sets/Reps, Velocity, Power, Distance, Insight

- TT - Total tonnage Sets and Reps
- Individual exercises listed with Rep/Set count
- STATS arrow - tap this to display session details

Can I see the history of a particular exercise?
Hi Theodore,
You can see history based on your sessions, not specific exercises.
This should be a high priority feature.... so that when i pick Squat, i can quickly give myself a velocity to aim for or to compare ttodays session
