My Account Info
Here you can enter your first and last name. The email address which you have registered to your account is displayed here. This cannot be changed.
Change your Profile pic
Tap on your profile pic or the background banner to select a new image - option to access Camera or Image library will appear.
Birth Gender
We ask this, as by knowing your birth gender we can prescribe basic training loads. Research shows that for a predictive 1RM the starting weight will be different based on gender.
Date of Birth
Who doesn't like a birthday email surprise!
Make My Profile Public
By switching this to ON, you allow other FLEX users to search for you within the COMMUNITY section.
My Training Info
Body Mass
In this section, you can track your body mass. This can be hidden on your public profile by unchecking the box to the right of the entry field.
Training Level
Enter your training level which will assist with load predictions for your 1RM.
Training Interests
We promise not to spam you, but if you select your training interests we can target our monthly newsletter towards information that may be of more interest.
Local Gym
Where do you train the most? By filling in this information we can show you other users you may wish to add to your community.
Enter New 1RMs
Keep track of your progressions for Deadlift, Bench Press and Squat.
Tap the EDIT symbol next to the WEIGHT symbol to enter your 1RM.
