Navigate to View > Sessions
Edit a Set
Follow these steps to edit a set or do a bulk edit, this is especially handy if your athlete has performed under the wrong name or under a wrong exercise.
1. Navigate to View > Sessions to review the data based on your filters
*filter the data by selecting the date range, squad and athlete
2. Toggle the headers above the table to manage your data or click on the donut charts to filter your table of sets to easily select a bulk of data.
3. Click the edit button (pen icon) on the top right of the table to edit your selected sets
4. By clicking on the Edit button, you are able to change the parameters for the set including:
- Athlete selected
- Exercise
- Bar weight
- Body Mass
- and delete reps
This can be done from the App as well. Read the tutorial here
Delete a Set
You can now delete a set or bulk delete data.
Select a set and hit the delete button on the right, the data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Restore a Set
To view deleted sets, open the filter and select the session status.
This will show you the deleted sets in red.
To restore the set, click on the restore button. These sets will be added back to the set list.
Session Analysis
For further review of your data, click on a date to access the sessions analysis page:
On this page, you can review your data which includes:
- bar or line graph view
- view concentric and eccentric phases
- delete reps
- view advanced metrics and manage this
- split and merge sets
Splitting Sets
Too many reps in one set?
Firstly find the set at the rep level (Navigate to View > Sessions > Click on the date of the desired set)
- Select Line Graph view (any metric)
2. Move the mouse over the line graph and click where you would like to split the set
3. Click on the graph
4. Select Split set
The set will be successfully split, navigating you to the 2nd half of the set.
Merge Sets
Did GymAware timeout between reps?
Firstly find the first set at the rep level (Navigate to View > Sessions > Select the date for your desired set)
1. Click the "Multiple Sessions View" Icon to enable selection of multiple sets
2. Select the sets to merge
*you can only merge sets from the same day
3. Click the "Merge Sessions" button below the lift path graph
4. Confirm the merge
*you may need to hit "Recalculate Reps" after the merge to ensure all reps are detected successfully after the merge
Delete Reps
- Select the reps you'd like to delete
- Hit the "Delete Reps" button on the right
Restore Deleted Reps
Have you accidentally deleted some reps?
You can either:
- Hit Recalculate Reps - this should add your previously calculated reps back to the set
- Open the filter > toggle show removed reps > any reps removed will be shaded in grey on the graph
3. Click on the grey portion of the graph to "restore rep"
