Who needs to create an Account?
Every GymAware or FLEX owner needs to have an account to use our GymAware Teams app, even for free run users.
Why do you need to create an account?
Creating an account gives you access to the cloud portal. Here you can manage your devices, upgrade your account and access the QR code to use the app.
Create an Account From The Web
Go to: cloud.gymaware.com
Click the “Create Account” button and fill in your details.
Check your inbox for a “Getting Started” email.
Open the email and click the activation link to set your password.
Review and agree to the Privacy Statement.
Once you’re logged in, download the GymAware V2 app from the App Store. On your browser scan the QR code to log in to the Gymaware v2 App.
Create an Account From The App
Download the Gymaware v2 App from the App Store.
Tap “Create Account” and enter your email address.
Check your inbox for a “Getting Started” email.
Open the email and click the activation link to complete your account details and create your password.
Review and agree to the Privacy Statement.
Once you’re logged in to the Cloud, return to the main app screen and scan the QR code to sign in to the Gymaware v2 App.
