Guide (how-to):
Roles & Permissions:
- Owner
- Full access with edit rights to the Account
- Recommended 1 Owner per account
- Owner is able to delete the account (request sent to GymAware)
- Delete account feature is disabled when there is more than 1 owner - Admin
- Full access with edit rights to the Account
- Except for optional access to Billing page - Standard
- Full view rights to the Account with edit rights to Sessions, Athletes and Squads
- Optional edit rights to Exercises, Workouts and Staff pages
- No access to Billing page and API tokens - Finance
- Access ONLY to Billing page
- Not included in staff limit
- Only allowed 1 Finance user per Account
Only users with higher permissions can update a staff member’s role. Users cannot edit their own roles.
Archiving Coaches
- To archive a coach, navigate to the Manage > Staff page.
- Select the delete option to archive the coach.
Note: Any squads and athletes assigned exclusively to an archived coach will be deleted within 30 days. Please transfer the necessary data to an active coach.
Restoring Archived Coaches
Please contact your Account Manager to restore an archived coach
Existing Customers:
During the upgrade from Classic Cloud to the new Cloud v2, all current Admin users will be upgraded to the Owner role, while non-admins will be assigned the Standard role.
