There are 3 ways to create a workout.
- At the end of a SESSION
- From the HISTORY screen
- By RECORDING a new Workout
At the end of the SESSION
At the bottom of the RESULTS screen there are 3 buttons;
NEXT SET - this will take you to the TRAIN screen whereby you can change the bar weight, adjust the rest timer or swipe right for a different real-time display.
NEXT EXERCISE - tapping this button takes you to the EXERCISE LIST whereby you can select a new exercise to do. Once you have selected your new exercise don't forget to update the bar weight.
END SESSION - tapping this button will end the session. The next screen will give you the option to SAVE WORKOUT. If you select this option, all the exercises, sets, reps, bar weights and velocities will be saved as a prescription which can then be accessed in the WORKOUTS section.
From the HISTORY screen
In the HISTORY screen, all your sessions are listed in chronological order.
You can create a WORKOUT from any session that you have recorded. To do this tap the STAR icon (it has the word ADD underneath it) and select CREATE NEW WORKOUT. You have the option to ADD TO EXISTING WORKOUT which will merge your sets into a previously saved workout.
