Use the EDIT ICON next to the WORKOUT name to edit your workout.
Once in EDIT mode, you can:
- Change workout name
- Delete sets
- Modify existing Rep #s in existing sets
- Change bar weight
- Change target velocities
- Re-order sets
- Delete workout
Change workout name
To change the workout name, tap on the existing name; this will prompt a pop-up keyboard. Once you have entered the correct name tap done.

Delete setsTap the orange "x" icon to delete an exercise or individual set. You can re-instate the exercise by tapping the "+" that appears where the "x" icon was. Note: Once you tap DONE, you will not be able to restore any deleted exercises or reps by tapping the EDIT button for a second time. |

Modify existing Rep #s in existing setsTap the SETS/REPS box of a set you wish to modify. Enter the new rep count and tap DONE. As with DELETE, there is no going back to your previous entry. Change bar weight/change target velocitiesUpdate these fields individually the same way you would modify existing rep numbers |

Re-ordering sets
You can re-order sets by using the line icons to the right of the screen. Tap and press then move the set to where you would like it to appear. You can split exercises this way if you drag a squat into a row (for example).
Delete Workout
Tap the DELETE BUTTON - easy huh!
