You can create your own prescription.
To record a new workout, tap the WORKOUTS button from the LIFT screen (main navigation area).
- Tap the RECORD A NEW WORKOUT NOW
- Give the workout a name
- Tap DONE
- Select EXERCISE
- Enter BAR WEIGHT
- Start lifting
You can change exercise and once your session is complete tapping the END SESSION button will return you to the LIFT screen. Your new WORKOUT will be saved and ready to START or DELETE.
