How can I retrain my Exercises? Log onto the cloud and go to Athlete > Exercise Assist. Select the squad to bulk retrain or select the individual athlete and click the retrain button.
What happens if I train an exercise incorrectly? If the exercise is trained incorrectly, the app will still record data, but you will need to add the reps into the set manually. If you notice this happening often, you can retrain the exercises on the cloud
How long does it take to train an exercise? To train an exercise you need to complete 3 sets of 5 reps. After these sets are complete, you will see the white lightening bolt turn Orange.
What do the percentages mean for the suggested Exercises? The percentage relates to how similar the exercise that was performed matches what is suggested.
How can I make this process more seamless? Making sure the correct exercise is selected before the set begins will ensure a seamless session.
Can I turn Exercise Assist off? Yes, log onto the cloud go to Settings>PowerTool. You will see an Exercise Assist drop-down menu. Change this to 'Disable' to turn the feature off.
Why are the reps not showing up? If the reps do not appear on the left-hand side, The movement does not match your trained movement. If you see a '+' above the bar, you can tap this to add the rep to the set. By adding reps into the set, this will further improve the rep detection and Exercise Assist for future sessions.
Can I ignore the suggested exercise pop up? Yes, you can ignore this pop up. If this is ignored you may be prompted again. If you notice this happening more than you would like, you may want to retrain your exercises.
