Full Reset
In certain situations a “Full Reset” is required. This will disconnect the PowerTool as well as rebooting the sensor.
If you do find yourself in a situation where you're having trouble with your GymAware unit, simply perform a reset which should hopefully solve the issue. You might also consider a battery jump start or deleting the app and reinstalling.
How: Heres how to perform a 'Full Reset' The Full Reset is only available on units with the Mini USB charging port. You will need the angle sensor cleaning tool (found in your First Aid kit) or a paperclip. From April 2017, GymAware PowerTools have a white button to the side of the mini-USB charging port which can be pressed with a little finger or end of a pencil. |

How to perform a Full Reset:
- Unfurl the paperclip or get the angle sensor cleaning tool and insert it into the hole next to the mini-USB port.
- You don’t need to push it in very far and should feel a little switch accompanied with a beep from the PowerTool.
- The reset is now complete.
