The GymAware App accommodates over 200 exercises. It is essential to understand where to position GymAware in relation to the athlete so that the data displayed will be accurate and repeatable. In addition to tracking barbell exercises, GymAware can also be attached to a weight belt for jumps and pull-ups, ceiling mounted or attached to pin-loaded weights machines.

Positioning of the GymAware for optimal performance
1. Place the GymAware on a small mass so that the magnetic feet of the unit hold it firmly in position on the floor.
2. Position the GymAware so that it is vertically under the path of lift.
3. Position the GymAware away from the athlete's feet.
4. The tether angle should mirror the direction of vertical lift.
