Your FLEX device comes calibrated. There's no need to follow the calibrate process before using it.
You should never attempt to calibrate FLEX unless you've spoken to the team directly and been instructed to do so.
A calibrate might be necessary if your magnetic hold is weak FLEX may not detect that it's sitting on the barbell. This could be because the end of the barbell design does not have a solid metal end, or it's made in a way that limits the volume of metal at the end of the barbell.

If you are instructed to calibrate your FLEX you can:
1. Dismiss the 'put FLEX on the bar' message popup in the active train screen three times.
2. Scan this QR code and open the link in the FLEX app:
Select Configure Bar and follow the prompts to calibrate your barbell.
