Auto record timeout is when the device times out after it senses no movement. You can adjust auto timeout in the settings. We recommend you have auto record set between 7-8 seconds, however, some athletes who require a large amount of time between reps (powerlifters) are advised to increase this (10-15 seconds). Please note that if you have auto record timeout switched off the device will timeout after 60 seconds of no activity.
