Let's understand the App -

The top navigation bar offers 2 options:

1. Connect your device
2. Settings

The main navigation screen offers 3 options:

1. Train
2. Workouts
3. Test 1RM

The bottom navigation offers 4 options:

1. Lift - tapping at anytime will return you to the Main Navigation screen
2. History
3. Community
4. Profile

At any time tapping a BACK or CANCEL button will return you to the main screen.
