03 - Connect FLEX

After you have registered your account.

1. From the main menu, tap the FLEX icon in the top left hand corner

2. Tap the "Connect" button

3. Select and pair your device from the list available -

Your FLEX device has a unique serial number which is the same as the silicon band around the device.

Two beeps will sound and the blue LEDs will begin a circular illumination pattern

From this screen on the App you can turn ON Auto Connect by sliding the blue On/Off switch

You can also choose to give your FLEX a nickname by entering this in the name field.

4. Tap "Done" to finalise connection.

The top left hand icon will now display the battery level and FLEX serial id number.

You are now ready to set up your mat and train!

Next Up: SET UP FOR TRAININNG

The Serial ID is the number on the band around the device. We use this to distinguish which device is connected if there are multiple flex users in the area.

We also recommend using the auto connect feature; this will automatically connect your FLEX device whenever you open the App.
