You have registered and connected your FLEX device.
Now you can set up for training by placing your mat, reflective (silver) side up on the floor under the path of the end of the bar where the FLEX device will attach.
Why do you need the mat?
The mat provides the ultimate surface for FLEX's lasers to work from.
Setup the mat:
- Place the mat on a flat, even surface directly under the centre line (while lifting) of the FLEX device.
- If you are lifting out of the rack, make sure the mat extends past the edge of the rack by one foot. In other words, position the mat so that it is under the unracking and racking movement a well as your exercise.
