Did the app kick you out? Or did FLEX lock up?
On occasion, this may happen - if it does we recommend the following protocol:
- Quit the app
- Turn Bluetooth on/off
- Try again
If this doesn't work, then:
- Delete the app
- Turn your phone off
- Re-install the app
- Try again
If this doesn't work:
- Check the version of iOS that you are running
- Submit a REQUEST ticket and we will get back to you - the link to a REQUEST ticket is in the top right of the screen you are currently in.
