The best thing about FLEX's video mode is how it was created to work hands free. This is perfect for people training by themselves. There is no need to press start and stop!
To access Video Mode, go to the Train Screen and press on the Video Icon (highlighted red below).
Once in video mode, there are a few overlay templates you can choose from, swipe across to see which template you prefer.

Set up your camera so the view finder captures your entire lift
For best results with phone cameras, try use the front facing camera and film where there is great lighting. - To start recording, simply start lifting

To stop recording, wait until your FLEX times out
The default setting is 6 seconds, or you can press stop yourself.
Please note that you will need to register a rep in order for a video to save. Make sure you select the exercise you are actually performing, and ensure your mat is positioned well.
After each set, the app will transition to the REVIEW screen. You can replay the video by pressing the play button. (Highlighted red below).
Swipe across the different screens to view different metrics and video options. (See Highlighted Below)
There is a session overview page where you can view each video, click on the play button to view (See highlighted below).
You can also email videos, or better yet share them to your preferred social media platform!
Videos can also be reviewed after your session in the Media Manager (Home Screen > Profile > Media Manager)
