Do you like to lift in Lbs or Kgs?
Use this setting to set your global default measurement type. You still have the option to choose Lbs or Kgs when entering bar weight.
Lift Distance
Use this setting to set your global default measurement type in either inches or cms.
Alert Preference
During a workout, the App will provide audio feedback using either voice synthesis or chimes.
Auto Record Timeout
FLEX will automatically stop the recording of a set if no movement is detected for the time in seconds as set below.
App Notifications
If notifications are turned ON, we will let you know when members of your FLEX community have performed achievements.
*On-Off Bar Sensor
In special cases, some barbell's have rubber end caps that interfere with the on-off bar signals. If this is the case you can disable the bar sensor by connecting your device and going to settings.
Show Usage Instructions
Turn ON to show FLEX usage instructions on App startup.
Off Mat Warning
This will prompt you when your FLEX unit isn’t lined up with your mat when performing your exercise.
Bar Weight Default
When in Buddy Mode, you can set a default weight for each person training based on their previous set or the last weight completed on that exercise.
Auto-Trim Videos
Automatically trim video output to the recorded set timing.
Device No-Activity Timeout
This slider setting will determine how many 'minutes' the FLEX device will remain connected following the last detected usage. If the switch below is set to 'On', the set timeout value will act as a global timeout and apply to 'all' subsequent connected FLEX devices.
Clear Local Data
This will clear all data that is stored on the device next time the app is started. This may improve login performance at the cost of downloading all data again.
