Can I set a countdown timer?

Whether it's a Preparation Timer or a Rest Timer - FLEX has both.

FLEX's Lift Intelligence means that there is no need to start and stop the recording of a set. Turned on by default, we have also included a preparation timer for those who like a vocal queue. The Preparation Timer gives you an audio countdown to assist you getting into the correct position.
