What the beep?
Read the descriptions below for any beep troubleshooting.
Sound:
PowerTool connects to the iOS device, then omits one long beep and switches off. This is for Classic Bluetooth model PowerTools GA#<2694
What does it mean?
The PowerTool has a problem and cannot continue communicating with the iOS device.
Action 1:
You need to perform a full restart of the iOS device by -
- Hold the Sleep/Wake button for 5 seconds then swipe the on-screen slide to power off.
- Now, turn the iOS device back on by pressing the power button and go back to initial setup.
Action 2:
- Disconnect the battery via a Battery Jumpstart

Sound:
Single beep
Meaning:
PowerTool has woken up.
Sound:
Quadruple beep
Meaning:
PowerTool just went to sleep.
Action:
Pull the tether to wake up the PowerTool.
