Turning Exercise Assist On/Off

How to turn Exercise Assist on/off

To turn on/off Exercise Assist:

1. Open FLEX Stronger App
2. Tap on Settings on the bottom right of the screen

3. Tap on Exercise Assist

4. To toggle Exercise Assist - tap ON or OFF at top of screen to control the global settings for Exercise Assist
