1. Connect your FLEX device to your phone.
2. Load the barbell.
3. Attach the FLEX device to the barbell.
4.Place the mat underneath the barbell with the reflective side facing up.
5. From the main navigation screen, tap the TRAIN button.
6. Select the exercise by typing the name into the search field. Exercises will appear in order of popularity for your account.
7. Swipe left until you see 'Eccentric Time' or 'Eccentric Mean Velocity'.
8. Tap 'Eccentric Mean Velocity' to toggle between it and 'Eccentric Peak Velocity'.
Reviewing eccentric metrics
Once you have completed your set swipe left at the 'Review Screen' to view your different eccentric metrics.
