Retraining Exercise Assist Data

How to retrain Exercise Assist

You may want to allow the system to recalculate the data that Exercise Assist is based on. To do so:

1. Open FLEX Stronger App
2. Tap on Settings on the bottom right of the screen

3. Tap on Exercise Assist

4. Under EXERCISES TRAINED are all the exercises that have enough data to operate exercise assist. This is indicated by the orange lighting bolt. Number of reps indicates how much data is saved for each exercise.

5. Tap on one trained exercise    

6. Select one of the following options:

• Select ADD TO BRAIN to go to training screen and add more reps
• Select RE-TRAIN to remove training data for this exercise and complete further reps to train this exercise again
• Select INCLUDE ALL to add all reps that have been completed for that exercise irrespective if you had previously select re-train option
